Cancellation policy

For any appointment changes or cancellations, please call us directly at (647) 748-2100, or text us at (647) 717-7373, or send us an email at info@mindbodyflow.ca at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for the full service.


Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment.

During Business Hours:

We’re located on the 12th floor, in suite 1200. Please check in with our receptionist when you come in.

After 6:30 PM Weekdays / Weekends:

Access to the building is restricted.

Initial visit

All clients are asked to fill out a health history questionnaire and a consent form.

Please discuss with your service provider what goals you want to achieve with your treatment.

Payment

Payments are accepted in Debit, Cash, E-Transfer, and Credit Cards (Master, Visa and AMEX). Direct billing is available.

Services may be covered by Extended Health Care Plans. Please check with your service provider.
