Cancellation policy

For any appointment changes or cancellations, please call us directly at (647) 748-2100, or text us at (647) 717-7373, or send us an email at at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for the full service.

Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment.

During Business Hours:

We’re located on the 12th floor, in suite 1200. Please check in with our receptionist when you come in.

After 6:30 PM Weekdays / Weekends:

Access to the building is restricted.

Initial visit

All clients are asked to fill out a health history questionnaire and a consent form.

Please discuss with your service provider what goals you want to achieve with your treatment.


Payments are accepted in Debit, Cash, E-Transfer, and Credit Cards (Master, Visa and AMEX). Direct billing is available.

Services may be covered by Extended Health Care Plans. Please check with your service provider.
