Nicole Di Nardo is a nutritional practitioner and iridologist with experience working in natural health clinics both in Toronto and England. She is an honours graduate of The Institute of Holistic Nutrition and member of the Canadian Association of Natural Nutritional Practitioners.
The founder of Nicole Nutrition, she counsels clients on a wide range of digestive disorders and stress-related conditions at her clinic in Roncesvalles. She is also the in-house nutritionist for cardiologist Dr. Nicoletta Bonafede, counselling on heart-healthy diets and lifestyle in Vaughan.
She specializes in therapeutic cooking and in helping clients take control of their health, starting in the kitchen. She teaches cooking classes at The Depanneur in Toronto and hosts corporate wellness seminars to companies large and small.
Nicole brings her enthusiasm for clinical nutrition and healing foods to teaching Symptomatology I at The Institute of Holistic Nutrition in North York and Mississauga.
