My story
For most of my life, sport was everything. It gave me structure, a sense of who I was, and a reason to push myself every single day. When injuries forced me to step away, I lost all three at once. I hit a wall I didn't see coming. The discipline I had always relied on disappeared and my sense of self went with it.
Getting back in the gym was the first step toward finding myself again. Through that process I developed a deep passion for training, nutrition, and what the body is truly capable of. That passion, combined with a genuine desire to help others, led me to get certified as a personal trainer in 2018 during university. I wanted to understand the industry, keep learning, and give other people what I was starting to experience for myself.

That shift changed everything and it compounded over time. I graduated with a degree in Business and Finance, built Mind Body Flow from the ground up, and navigated COVID with a team depending on me. In 2025 I made the leap to expand into a brand new clinic space. Along the way, doors I never expected started opening. I got signed with a modelling agency in Toronto and internationally, booked major campaigns, travelled the world, and discovered a passion for creativity and film I didn't know I had.
Every opportunity traced back to one thing: the decision to continuously invest in myself. Running a business taught me that lesson fast. To be a better leader and grow what I was building, the work had to start from within. When you commit to becoming a better version of who you are, you build the confidence to go after things you never thought were for you, and you become someone that opportunities naturally find. I genuinely believe every person has that potential within them. Most just haven't had the right environment, the right guidance, or someone who actually believes in them enough to push them there.
That is why I coach. A lot of my journey was spent figuring things out without a clear guide. I always wondered how much further I could have gone with the right person in my corner. That thought never left me. I want to be for other men what I wish I had when I was younger, someone who has walked the path and genuinely believes in where you can go. I want to help men build the body and the identity that changes the trajectory of their life. Not just in the gym, but in everything that follows.

Fill out a short application so I can understand where you're at, what you've tried, and what you're working toward. Takes less than 5 minutes.
2) Discovery call
If it's a fit, we'll get on a call to go deeper. No pressure. I want to make sure this is right for you before we commit to working together.
3) We get to work
Your custom plan is built, we align on expectations, and you get started. From day one, you have a coach in your corner.

How long is the program?
We always set realistic expectations and work toward long term goals, avoiding quick fixes. Duration is discussed on the discovery call based on where you are and what you are working toward.
Is everything custom to me?
Yes. Your training program and nutrition plan are tailored specifically to you, your goals, and your lifestyle. Nothing is generic and everything is adjusted as you progress.
Do I need to already be going to the gym?
Not at all. Whether you are just starting out or have been training for years, the program is built around where you are right now. Everyone starts somewhere and that is exactly what I am here for.
How much time do I need to commit each week?
That depends on your goals and schedule, and we work around what is realistic for you. We figure out the details together on the discovery call so the program actually fits your life.
Do I need to be in Toronto or train at a specific gym?
No. The program is fully online so you can train from anywhere in the world with whatever equipment you have access to.
How do we communicate?
Everything runs through the Mind Body Flow app. You have direct access to me, I reply to all messages within 24 hours, and we schedule regular video check-ins to review your progress.
What results can I expect?
That depends on your commitment and consistency. We take a science based approach and set realistic expectations from the start. What I can promise is that if you show up and do the work, you will see results.
